SFD registration opened a few weeks ago

Dear all,

Just sending a reminder (not in Russian though) that SFD registration
started mid June. I currently see no team in Russia and wanted to make
sure you guys were fully aware of it. Deadline for getting goodies is
July 15th this year.

Any question please feel free to ask.

I've registered our team. (I see that the Wiki pages are
already there; though they require a few edits. For instance,
s/Altai Region/Altai Krai/.)

I see that there're now two registered teams. Hopefully more
will follow. (I guess we may need to contact them via their own
Web fora and such.)

imposes such strict limits on the set of characters allowed in
“our plans.” Disallowing semicolons and (ASCII) apostrophes
seems particularly annoying.

Yeah, I'm the lousy web developer who coded that form. This not being
something I am familiar with and afraid of any possible security issue I
blocked potentially dangerous characters. If someone with the right
expertise is willing to take a look and improve the checks I'm
definitely open to it. Else we should have a new release based on a web
framework sooner or later and that issue will be addressed at the same time.
